Quality at a fair price

They are well made and of excellent quality at a reasonable price. I would buy this product or other products from this seller again.

Pros
  • T-Nuts
Cons
  • I can't remember but there was something

Actual size is 57/128 ".

They are suitable for softwood and have an accurate 3/8"x16 bolt thread. However, as stated in the title, the actual outside diameter of the fitting is 57/128", meaning the 7/16" bit is too small to drill a pilot hole and split hardwood, and the 29/64". -Drill is too big. leave a loose fit.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Requires rosette

Sturdy, easy to use

We used them to build a basement wall - and they were very easy to use and held up well! Out of 50 nuts we only had an "Oops". Note - we used the "block method" to set each of them. A small block of wood with a hole in the center was used to install the t-nut in place. From there, after attaching it to the wall, we mounted the handrails.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable
