I like how easy it is for my organization's employees, volunteers & donors who use social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter (or both)to interact with each other in real time! This program can be used by any size non-profit org that wants its members/volunteers /donors using these types of sites to communicate together without having to post messages themselves - which would take too much work!!
