Excellent for the price

We already use this aerator and wanted a second one. My husband really likes it (I honestly just love the wine no matter how it's poured lol!) It washes off easily, lasts a long time.

Pros
  • Finally bought it

Great helper for old wines

We have some old red wines that tend to collect tannins and this wine pourer has a fine mesh that does a good job of keeping sediment from getting into the glass. It also helps aerate when the wine is poured. Easy to wash mesh screen. I'm glad we bought.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Only available in black

Excellent goods. suitable for wine corks and filling machines

I usually use them on Big Cabs, Australian Shirazes and French Rons. They work as expected and filter out large particles from my older wines. At the very bottom is a filter hole that lets particles through, so you have to be careful and hold the bottle level at the very end so everything is strained.

  • Good thing

Finally found you!

I bought a catalog a few years ago and always wanted to buy more; I could never find her. Just for fun I just did a search and here they are on Revain. This is an excellent product for resealing and sieving cork bits and sediment. Never had a problem with it not fitting in the bottle. Simply rinse to clean. I'm so glad they're still in production.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Great little appliance

This is a very unique product. Ideal for sifting wine cork particles or other bottles with a similar neck that may contain particles or residue that you need to filter out. It's tight so I don't regret leaking. The ribs on it push to a certain point and hold it in place. We haven't removed it yet as we are using it on an old cognac bottle where the cork was cracked and the broken pieces fell out. But I don't think that's a problem. It would be nice to buy a few of these so they are always on…

  • Kitchen and Dining
Cons
  • Not a Vending Machine

Filters don't settle, don't settle

That's it. This product filters out bits of cork, like a boss I posted a photo of my second grade (no filter). There was no cork in the first glass. So if you buy it for this purpose, it's 5 ⭐. some homemade dandelion wine, it's terrible for that. It creates a bubble in the bottle that stirs the flavor. And at the bottom of the filter there is a hole 3/16+ - no mesh. In case you're wondering, I bottled this stuff at 1.3 liters per gallon and it was crystal clear at about 18%, I didn't stop it…

  • Kitchenware & Gadgets
Cons
  • Available in black only

Does the job on wine pourer

I read other reviews about it before deciding to buy it. They almost let me pass as they only talked about removing a piece of cork, after all you can do this with a colander you probably already have in your drawer. But after reading the product description, I decided to give it a try. My tests when it arrived were very simple: I filled an empty bottle with clean water and then measured how long it took to empty it when it was completely upside down. Then I repeated the test with the filter…
