Don’t take it apart.

I guess you’re supposed to put shampoo inside, so I took it apart and tried to put it back together. The two plastic pieces got stuck and I couldn’t pull them apart or put the silicone scrubbing part on. Never got to use it.

Disappointing best in my review

I bought this product and was able to use it ONE time. Was trying to clean the item, dropped it in the sink and the handle broke. One little drop and it was done. Highly disappointing.

  • i had another one from amazon that broke but this one is so sturdy and really gets the job done!

  • Terrible. Rips out my hair.

Good while it lasted

It gave me a real nice clean and cut the number of washes down but I found it broken into two pieces and it wouldn’t easily fit back in. I was desperate, tried real hard and snapped the handle off.

Second Time I've ordered

I ordered one a few months ago and love it, that order came with the hair tie (which I also love). I just ordered a second one for my husband and was looking forward to having an additional hair tie. It was not in this order. Slightly disappointed, it shows it in the picture.

Worked for one use then broke.

It felt really good scrubbing my scalp and did a good job lathering my hair but the second time I used it, it broke. That's my feedback.

Oh yes, yes good for me

I feel like I’m in a herbal essence commercial every times I use this. Buy it ladies. It’s like. Spa day every time I wash my hair 2x a week.

I used it for the first time and it's already fallen apart. If you take it apart good luck getting it back together like they show. It's not that easy. Where you put your fingers through the silicone around the handles I have already come off one side other than that it does wash your hair good but as far as drying it taking it apart putting it back together it's not easy as they making it look so easy. Oh, yeah once you get it it says not to take the middle part out but it doesn't say that on…

This scalp massager is ok for thin hair.

I did like the little handles that help keep your hands in place. The scalp massagers are not as strong as other scalp massagers I've used in the past. The size is great. The color was not as pictured, but it's was still a nice shade of light blue. I believe it would be great for someone with thin hair. My hair is long, thick, and heavy so i would not recommend for this reason.

Eco friendly! on my review.

I’m still not sure why this device comes apart… perhaps I’m missing something. but it was really hard for me to put back together 😅 so I’m not taking it apart again.I love the neutral color and that it’s biodegradable/silicone. Excellent customer service

My first one came broke, but they replaced it immediately. It feels nice to use but I wish it would glide through your hair kinda feels like it sticks you your hair while massaging shampoo
