The no-tools-required Cord Detangler rotates 360 degrees to prevent your coil phone cord from tangling. Gold-plated metal contacts prevent loss of sound quality. Make sure to click the device all the way in and it isn't too short for the handset (refer to alternate image). For phone handsets with jacks deeper than 5/8",please try item B01D75JD20 which fits jack up to 3/4" deep.

Five stars for the best phone accessory

UPDATE Everything worked fine for a few months. Now the connection is very uneven and there is a lot of noise. It also doesn't rotate anymore. I had to unwind the cable manually :(

Didn't even snap?

We needed it badly as our phone cord kept getting tangled. We couldn't even break this item on either side - it's either defective or just plain poorly constructed. We had to return. If we can't get the detangler to work, we'll just have to buy a new cable.

Very poor design on accessories and consumables

From day one we lost calls moving around the kitchen. Usually, the first thing we hear is a crackling sound on the line, followed almost immediately by our call being cut off. After losing 10+ calls in 4 days we disconnected and wiped the device. the problem was solved immediately.

I've only had the product for a few weeks. So far so good. Revain should wait a while ask The last one Verification will be their software telling them to ask consumers in 3 months and then again in a year (how many products will still have good reviews. A product as honest as Jesus may in a few weeks become Judas.) year later.
