I like that this software is easy-to use with many features for billing such as patient scheduling/visits which makes it easier when trying to schedule appointments or see patients in clinic! It's very customizable so you can set up everything how YOU need! With other softwares they were not able to pull all my data into one place but only some fields could be pulled from others. I like that it is easy for all staff members in my organization to use this software; also its features are great. It has good reports which can be used in different ways so as to make it easier for us to get work done with ease. I dislike how sometimes when you try to do something using soft clinic, nothing happens. Sometimes there's no response at all from the computer. This makes your task harder than before.
