The design of this product is terribly imperfect. The good news first: the pulley is strong and rotates the screen efficiently. The frustrations I have experienced are: 1. SANITATION PROBLEMS: If the retractable fabric cords get wet, they will become moldy. Also, the underside of the top is a non-separable disk, which creates problems when cleaning and drying.
