Description of 🚲 SONGMICS Adjustable Bicycle Cargo Carrier Rack with Disc Brake - USBC03B

LOAD THINGS UP: Whether you’re popping over to the shops or are on a long-distance tour, this bike rack will give you a boost and support your cargo effectively with the TIG-welded aluminum frame and 3 triangulated stays on both sides; stable loading area holds up to 55 lb. ADJUSTABLE FIT: Does it fit your bike? Chances are, if you have a 26”-29” frame and disc brakes with mounting holes to bolt the rack to, the answer is, “yes!” The height is adjustable to fit road, mountain, or fat tyre bikes. INSTALLATION MINDED: Small things can make a big difference—anti-loosening, 304 stainless steel screws will not loosen on rough roads or get rusty after light rains; a wrench and an Allen key are included to facilitate installation. DOUBLE GUARD: Top fender panel acts as a mudguard, protecting your bag from road spray while the side frames keep panniers from rubbing on tires or spokes; comes with a reflector for safety when cycling at night.

Fits my 29 " mountain bike with disc brakes.

Excellent trunk. Excellent price. You can spend more but why? Very durable. It has spacers for lateral brake acceleration and is height adjustable to fit 29" wheels with fat tires I added a wire basket I also had to buy a seatpost clamp, the one in the photo is a quick release I couldn't find a rack mount quick release at Revain so I ordered one online from Amain Cycling I had to shorten the arms that connect to the seatpost, which I did with a small pipe cutter. You could use a hacksaw…

Solid stand. Profitable price!

I didn't pay enough attention to this before ordering and realized afterwards that it wasn't designed to work with linear brakes. I decided to try it out when it arrived and it worked fine. As you can see from the photos there is plenty of room for the brakes. If I didn't have a threaded bushing in my frame to mount the post it wouldn't work. The included bracket for attaching the extended arms to the frame would interfere with the brakes. The stand itself is very good for its price. I…

Will not fit Trek Alpha Silver frames with 29 " wheels

I was delighted to find such an affordable luggage rack for light off-road use on my Trek Marlin 7. Out of the box, the rack looked pretty good with heavy aluminum hardware. and stainless steel fittings. The frame is easy to assemble; The only issues were 1) one of the nuts had a manufacturing defect which made me concerned about their functionality but there are additions so not a big issue just something to watch out for and 2) there are plastic caps on the ends of the bars attached to the…

Sophisticated mounting system

This rack offers maximum adjustable mounting points for any bike. Keep in mind that this will only work if your bike has the standard mounting lugs found on all city/hybrid and most road bikes. If you have a mountain bike that doesn't typically have mounting lugs, you can use a seatpost-mounted rack instead. Install it on my bike (Specialized Sirrus Alloy Elite, 20 speed). First, disassemble the screws to find out which ones to use for the various mounting and attachment points. It's not overly
