Great products but these amps are $649 each. I don't know who is trying to double their money but no reputable local dealer is going to rip you off.

How can I improve my Sonos system? Add a turntable, 4 Klipsch speakers and a subwoofer to this new amp. The only downside, as everyone points out, is that it doesn't support the traditional center speaker. Its "center" is virtual but well implemented.

I have been a Sonos customer and fan for many years. This year it all stopped. I bought this Sonos amp and of course a few days after the warranty expired the unit won't turn on. Customer service won't fix, tells me to buy a new unit at cost. The whole idea of paying extra for Sonos devices when Google/Revain are selling the same thing for a fraction of the cost makes a lot less sense.

I bought some Sonos outdoor speakers and a combo amp. So far, so good. It's cool that I can log into my Apple Music from the amp. It's nice not having to go inside to adjust knobs. The Sonos sound is powerful and clear. Inside the bass is decent, but for outside I need an external subwoofer. If required, you can connect an additional amplifier via the subwoofer output. I used an RCA Y-splitter and hooked up a custom non-Sonos subwoofer and it works great. Nothing to complain about except that…
