Arrived like new. If you read how to change Blu-ray.

Came like new. If you read how to change Blu-ray zones, there are no problems. This is the second free regional player purchased by this company. I've never had a disc she couldn't read! Good product.

Samsung 8500 VRS Sony X-800 Multiregion

Now I have a Samsung 8500 and x-800 and there is a difference when playing 800 clearer pictures especially when playing UHD disc, DUH bought 800 used with multi-region access.
