I like how easy it is to use for customers who have questions or need help with their account. It's also very user friendly so you don't feel overwhelmed when using this service. The only thing i dislike about sound telecom is there isn't an option of having your own phone number if needed. I like all of their features they have to offer - it's hard not too! The customer service is fantastic also if you are unsure about something or need help with your account there will always be someone available for assistance at any time day/night!! We've never had an issue using this product so far we're very happy as well.
