Received last night, installed today. Bass and other tones sound stronger and last longer. Luckily there was a comment here that mentioned using a 12v tester to charge the lid as the included resistor wasn't good.

The item was delivered disassembled. You came up with the wrong package. The product box inside the box itself was torn. Not to mention the products had missing parts as well as some cosmetic damage.

Requires a test lamp to charge Try using the resistor that comes with it, but if it doesn't charge within two minutes get a charge test lamp in place of the resistor I got by with that was bad

So far so good, it didn't completely dim my light but certainly better than it was. I can also tell the difference in how my sub hits. It took about 4 minutes to charge the capacitor.

As easy to install as any other condenser and does the job well. This is my second soundbox condenser (the other one is still working fine after a few months) and I can't fault it. The only minor complaint is that the resistor load never went above 5.8V (same for both capacitors), although they recommend taking it to 6V for the first resistor load. Regardless, it works fine.

Not calculated at all. Blinks 0.0 for 30 minutes and tries to charge it with a resistor. Try charging it 2 or 3 times and then say "Fuck it" and plug it in. Looks like he just gave me a digital voltage gauge to read on the dash. While the LEDs worked. I bought it under warranty but they told me to contact the seller as it was defective. So the extra $5 guarantee is meaningless and I still can't contact the seller.💩

so after i installed this i go out the next morning with a dead battery! When installing and using the capacitor for the initial charge, the capacitor burned out into 2 parts! So I used a different capacitor than another capacitor I had years ago and it worked. So after a few days of use I noticed the headlights were still weak and after a few days the battery died, took it out. Now I don't have to jump in the car anymore. I installed Rockville 50 farads and no more problems. I highly recommend
