Amazing universal backpack/box for cats

I love that this is a backpack and that it converts into a padded box. My first time taking a cat on a hike and it was a real hit. Put a small bed in it to make it more convenient when you don't use it as a backpack.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Choose this one! on Dogs

Good choice! There were so many different versions of this cat backpack in my shopping cart. I'm so glad I went with this one and not all the others that only had a small circle for the fur to peek out of. The retractable backrest is a big plus, my cat even slept in it at home!

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish

Also suitable for large cats and small people

My 17+ lb Norwegian Forest Cat (female) fits great and makes trips to the vet much easier than someone who doesn't drive. In the wheelchair she shook the cage so hard that it knocked out my shoulder. You don't stand a chance with that. Very sturdy and well made and when it's been in the car for a while it folds open to make room.

Our cat LOVES it!

My cat Josie LOVES this! I leave the door open and she comes in to relax! She loves to go anywhere with us. It's amazing that it opens up to give her lots of space. I think it's a great value. Cats are fussy so I can't promise your cat will love this but ours loves her other carrier and this is great for little outdoor walks or for her to watch us outside or outside!

Plenty of space for large cats

I have a Norwegian Forest cat and it needs a lot more space than a medium-sized cat. This works very well for him. It's unexpectedly bulky when you're wearing it (it feels smaller than it really is), so you might bump into something while you get used to it. But that's not the product's fault; this is a big bag. I really like the design, it has a lot of ventilation and a good, large, clear view for (and) the passenger. The only problem is that the side door is a bit small for big cats and the…

Excellent customer service

We were joking when we ordered this but thought why not!? We needed a carrier for our cat while planning a 2 hour drive. After completing the order, we realized that the estimated delivery date would be greater than our travel date. So I sent a message to the seller and they were nice and expedited the delivery for us. First class customer service! For real! Now to the bag. We never thought our cat would even like it. He's a house cat who doesn't really like adventures. We did some test runs…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

MAJOR Flaws:- **Zipper in mesh pops out.** Here's the kicker: the zip is twisted into the bladder portion. You have to open the mesh compartment, open the carrier, put your hand in and unwrap the option from the inside. You would think you could open a grid and have it open at the same time. I don't know about everyone but my cat was already a bit angry so when I put my hand in for the first time she was ready to run. Inside there is a strap that can be attached to the collar, but I'm not a…

Pros
  • Test results unchanged
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

This is an excellent quality stretcher and upon unboxing I was very impressed with it and its features. Taking the cat for a walk/or visiting a place where it might be scared at first and try to run away seemed like a great carrier. My plan was to teach our 5 month old kitten to ride and walk with us in the car and then eventually put him on a lead and leash when he was no longer scared. The problem is that after a short walk with outside temperatures in the 60's and a good wind inside the…
