Quick and Efficient Shipping!

I recently purchased some Terrarium Heat Lamps & Mats from a Pet Supplies store online, and chose SOUTH SHORE RETAIL LLC for shipping. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with reptiles & amphibians, I was impressed with their shipping process. My order arrived quickly and efficiently, and the packaging was just right. One slight downside was that the shipping cost was a bit on the higher end, but it's understandable given the fragile nature of the products. Overall, I highly recommend…

Waste of money - heat lamps

Second time bought and second time didn't work. instructions followed. Used other brands. Never had a problem but I do not recommend this brand! You will spend your money

They don't work... Won't buy them again

I bought these to send African Violets to friends in the US after it got cold this fall. Even with USPS Priority Shipping, it can take 4 or 5 days for the package to arrive…. Longer than most thermal packs advertise so I was very excited... I grabbed it, made sure the thermal pack was activated and packaged as advertised. And waited with great anticipation……Only to be very disappointed when the package arrived 84 hours later with a cold thermal pack. I will not buy again. 😢😢😢
