This is normal. He does what he says he will do. However, the drawers don't move very easily, but they can be greatly improved by putting a little oil on a paper towel and lubricating the metal slides. It works fine after that, but needs a little extra oil every few months. But it was well priced compared to its competitors at Revain (although they are ALL overpriced for what they are in my opinion) so ultimately I think it's value for money.

Solid Surface is great for cups, stirrers, sugar bowls etc. Each drawer has dividers to keep cups in a straight line and stay in place. Holds a lot but doesn't take up much space. Durable, not flimsy. Seems to be a great product which is why I gave it 3 stars for the design and the number of cups it holds. but i think mine was used and sent back. It was missing the rubber foot on the bottom, the sides were warped, and the bottom drawer kept banging. Had to go back :-(

The quality of the trays and shelves was not very good. I like the rubber mat on top, it's a good size. However, K-cups don't fit him for sure. The rails are side rails only and they don't quite reach the top of the K-cups. So you swing. The bottoms of the trays I received were also warped which means the K-Cups are just lying around everywhere. That's probably fine for an office setting, but it's not great if you're trying to make your kitchen look good.

I bought the Mini K-Cup Coffee Maker because we only have one coffee maker in the house so we don't need anything big or fancy. She had boxes of various flavored K-Cups in the kitchen, so we used these to clear the counter. It holds a large number of K-Cups and the rubber cap is perfect for small K-Cup machines like ours. Our K-Cup machine fits perfectly on it (check your machine dimensions if needed). All four rubber feet are iffy at best. We only had three rubber feet. the fourth was nowhere…
