Impressive Cutting Power!

This hole saw is a game-changer. After I put it to the test, I was blown away by its efficiency and cutting power. It easily cuts through thick materials with precision, making my work easier and faster. The bi-metal construction of this product is top-notch, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. Although it's a bit pricier than other hole saws, it's worth the investment. As an industrial and scientific professional, I highly recommend this cutting tool. The only downside is the…

Pros
  • Durable construction for long-lasting use
Cons
  • Not suitable for smaller diameter pipes or wires

Great hole saw for the price.

This hole saw has done the job! We were working on installing prefabricated half inch sheets of plywood to the ceiling of our house and needed a sharp hole saw to cut through the material for the can lights. This hole saw helped. We've made about 50 holes without noticing any sign of blade dulling or material cracking. I bought two of these, expecting to have to swap them out to keep the finished cuts, but the second one wouldn't even open.

Pros
  • USE WITH: for use with hole saw arbor (Southwire model number: ABS1/2)
Cons
  • Expensive

REQUIRES a two-handed wood drill.

This is a nice, heavy and durable hole saw that will cut through everything from drywall and plastic to wood up to 2 inches thick. If you're going through something thicker than 2 inches, you'll have to step back and use a chisel to remove the plug and then continue drilling. But beware, if it grabs, the momentum and size of the saw will break. drill right out of your hands, especially if you're using a corded drill as they can't handle heavy braking like today's professional cordless machines.

Pros
  • EASY REMOVAL: Large slots for easy ejection of work pieces
Cons
  • Crumpled
