Don't pay the dealer, do it yourself

Car: 2015 Nissan Rogue Seems like a good filter. Charcoal helps get rid of the smell in the air. I need to take a before and after picture. One is grey/black (old) and the other is white (new). Installation is SUPER easy. Don't pay a dealer for it! It takes less than 15 minutes! If you get lost, check YouTube. There are several people who have posted there how to do the exchange.

Ridiculously durable.

This filter definitely deserves an award for good workmanship. Unfortunately, installing filters in a Nissan Rogue is a rather odd affair, requiring you to squish the filter into an hourglass shape and roll it into the housing. Because this filter is very stiff, it was more difficult to install than thin OEM style filters. The problem here is the Nissan engineers. The weird thing is that there is enough space to create a full-size access panel, but they just didn't do it. So buying this for a…

Good Quality Cabin Filter

I'm no expert on cabin filters but when I removed my old Fram filter and replaced it with this Spear Head filter the quality of the Spear Head has definitely improved. Add to that the fact that Spear Head costs significantly less money and you've got a good buy! You can only get 3 stars for ease of installation, yes it was difficult, but that's the Nissan engineers fault for making access to the cab air filter difficult, not Spear Head's fault. I have these in both cars now, highly recommend.

Great cabin filter, fits better than the previous cabin filter and has detailed installation instructions

I would say that the product is of excellent quality and I would recommend it to friends. It's certainly well made and unlike my previous cabin filter, this one had decent foam pads on the two ends. It fits the slot much better than the previous one, and you can only really make it slide if it's in the right orientation (foam pads front and back, not the sides). This new filter is clearly marked with an airflow arrow and comes with instructions specific to my vehicle. Came at a great price too.

Excellent quality filter but incredibly difficult to fit in a Nissan Rogue

5 stars for a genuine filter. Lots of folds and thicker material. Probably weighs three times more than an OEM filter. However, the Nissan Rogue filter has to be squeezed and bent to get into the camera. Filters don't just slide in or out. If you watch videos of the process, you'll see that there's no 'easy' way to turn the filter on or off without manipulating it. The OEM filter is quite flimsy and very easy to manipulate, but this filter is extremely difficult to fit through the access slot…

Difficult but fit for 2020 Nissan Rogue

YES IT IS HARD to install it on Rogue. It is true. The manufacturer placed the filter in an odd spot under the globe tray and due to the rigidity of this filter it seems impossible. I can't fault the product for that. Back then it was one of the two main options for my car, it was the next day and I don't like waiting so I went for a more sophisticated product.
