Pre 2002 Mitsubishi with 3.0

If you are installing this on Mitsubishi with 3.0 from 2000-02 you will need to open this manifold and replace the reluctant one from your old manifold. If you don't, you'll get camshaft and crankshaft sensor trouble codes and the engine will run horribly.

High quality at half price!

I installed it on a 2002 Sebring coupe with a 3.0 liter V6 engine. The cap that comes with the DG29 seems to be universal so I used a side pivot cap that I bought recently. The gaps between the battery mount and the cover are fairly small on this Sebring model, but I'm sure the included cover will work for many other uses. much stronger than the original. The original Phillips screw heads came off too easily and there wasn't enough room for the hex heads. However, the design of the DG29 offers…

Working but has wrong wheel Reluctor for 2001 Mitsubishi Galant 3.0L V6

Bought this distributor for a 2001 Galant GTZ and the manual confirms its suitability along with the Spectra Premiums website. After installing this DG29 distributor, the car started issuing P0335 (crankshaft position sensor) and P0340 (camshaft position sensor). The engine ran rough and you could hear something was wrong with the car and quickly shut it down. After a bit of research I tore the manifolds apart as there were comments about this DG29 manifold having the wrong Reluctor wheel…
