Description of Spectra Premium FN959 Fuel Filler

Unit is designed to original equipment (OE) fit, form and function requirements. Unit is dual coated for enhanced corrosion protection. Fit tested on the very same vehicle application for which it was developed verifying first-hand that the design fits properly and can be easily installed. Unit is leak tested after production to ensure product in free from fuel and / or evaporative leaks. Tested with original equipment (OE) fuel cap to prevent EVAP and check engine light failure.

Good product but not like OEM No pressure plug in filler neck like OEM

This product is good but not like OEM. It is missing a small plug in the filler neck that stops the flow of gas and keeps the pressure in the fuel tank. A check engine light comes on because there is no back pressure stop (not built in) inside like the OEM. They should be included in the description if a pressure plug is to be fitted in the future.
