Milling required for sealing

Leaks when installed. Found the o-ring on the thermostat was under the mating surface, so not sealing. Disassembled and sealed.

Pros
  • Water Pump Fittings and Accessories
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Not as shown

Appears different than pictured. It's a polished finish, which isn't a bad thing, but it's definitely a thin cast and doesn't feel very solid. The time will show. 4 stars because it fits and seems functional

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Thin

Item not as described

I ordered this straight thermostat housing because it was supposed to be polished aluminum. When I received it and opened it up it almost looked like it was chrome plated, it's not brushed aluminum and it feels very cheap.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Not sure

good but not as described.

Good product but not the same as in the photo. The one they sent me was stainless steel and polished. Not the aluminum that matches the factory water pump color and finish. Not the greatest deal but would be nice to get what is in the picture.

Pros
  • Engine cooling and air conditioning
Cons
  • I don't remember
