Oversized heat shield

Bonnet does not close, you need to cut off 2.5 cm Screw terminals are too big, you need to buy Don't pay attention to the easy installation.

Overall this is a great product, the only issue I had.

Overall this is a great product, the only issue I had was that the two clamps on the side of the throttle body were too large and had to be modified with lots of washers to tighten them.

Good price and product, just didn't fit at first.

Good product and sounds great. There is definitely a noticeable increase in strength. But there is a problem with the design. The heat shield didn't fit right, had to bend it a little and then grind the top of the metal down about an inch. Otherwise I like it.

Quality CARB reception at the best price.

Love these shots! This is my second. I replaced my first one after 5 years of hard off-road use on my Tacoma and switched to my 4runner. The only problem was that the rubber connectors started to break, but this is normal and easy to replace. The quality is good, the installation is good, but the filter screen may need to be cut, moreover it is allowed under the CARB law! All at a very good price!

Where to start: When I originally received the package there was no stack adapter connecting the filter to the intake pipe so I had to call and wait for that and when I finally put everything together, the heat shield didn't fit. Not only did it not fit, it was too high and I had to take it off and sand down an inch from the top to avoid a crease in my hood. Not a very good impression.

Good quality at an amazing price.

Firstly the product was delivered the next day as promised. All of the instructions were easy to follow and I was impressed with the quality of the materials. This is not the case when you get what you pay for. Everything matched my car perfectly and took me less than 20 minutes to install (and I spent most of my time removing the old air intake). This product is easy to install yourself. The actual photos included with the instructions are very helpful. If you have all the tools ready and at hand, the installation will take no more than 30 minutes. In terms of performance, the difference on my 2002 4Runner is absolutely noticeable. Waste of money for filter

I bought this for my 2000 Tacoma SR5 v6. The first problem I had was that when the hood was closed, the heat shield was too high to cover it completely. I ended up removing the heat shield and using a cut-off wheel to cut off the excess material about 1 inch. Reinstall the heat shield and reassemble.
