I bought this for my 2000 Tacoma SR5 v6. The first problem I had was that when the hood was closed, the heat shield was too high to cover it completely. I ended up removing the heat shield and using a cut-off wheel to cut off the excess material about 1 inch. Reinstall the heat shield and reassemble. Brought home to inspect all hoses. Thought it might leak air. Loosen and retighten all clamps, making sure they are fully tightened. I took it out again, same problem. At home, got everything out, kept the original spare parts, there are no problems with the original spare parts, threw the kit in the trash, regretting that I never bought it.
