I ordered two of these lights and the first one exploded when switched on. I removed the flashlight and put a second bulb in the same socket and it worked fine. Still very dubious stuff.

Finally, one of the two light bulbs purchased in February 2010 burned out. The lighting is so bright and clear that I use it to light up a room to beat the winter blues. They were originally bought off eBay for photography and have held up well over the past two years. Better quality than I expected and much longer lifespan!

Well I tried to order it twice. The first time was broken and sent back. The second came intact but when I used it it didn't catch fire. Unfortunately I waited too long to check it out (I only checked to make sure I arrived safe and sound but didn't try it) and now it's too late to go back.
