Works great but falls off on bike

This is my first experience with chain waxing. I love that it does its job well, but I don't like the fact that it's peeling off my bike.

Great Product!: Bike Tools & Maintenance

So far the wax has lasted over 360 miles on my road bike which includes a lot of miles of climbing. Pedaling feels smooth and sooooo quiet. Reapplying the lube is very easy. Minimal cleaning required. I will never go back to the old Finished Line lube. Excellent goods!

Pros
  • Handy Item

The real thing is shaking! in bike tools and maintenance

After waxing I felt like I rode faster than C.Frome!. May be. But it helped, at least with my own PR. He kept my bike clean for 250 miles, wiping it down lightly after every other ride. And most importantly, my chain is smoother than ever. One thing I would like to suggest is that they wish they had a video tutorial in addition to the pictures they currently have.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Protection

Great performance GAINZ

Little effort worth not using standard chain wiper lube. I am a road cyclist who averages 150-200 miles per week, combining high speed riding averaging 20mph on flat land and some 6000ft mountain climbs. I can feel the difference right after use. Pedaling feels a lot smoother. I run about 300 miles before having to re-flush the chain, which is right between the recommended re-apply intervals. Oh, and I live in Southern California, so it's pretty dry here. However, one of the advantages of YMMVโ€ฆ

Cons

If you don't wax you just pick up dirt

Amazing results and I didn't have to buy 1.6 micron PTFE and wax. It looks expensive, but it's built right, so it's actually very economical. The key to using wax is to make sure your chain is clean from the surgeon. I use three steps. Step 1. Gasoline is stirred in a sealed glass jar for 20 minutes. Old pasta sauce jars work quite well and will release after you've eaten the sauce. Step 2 I clean the chain on both sides with a toothbrush and Dawn detergent. Step 3. The duster of a degreaserโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • I don't really like anything everything is fine
