🏊 Speedo Unisex-Adult Swim Goggles Hydrosity: Maximize Performance in the Water Review

As a swimmer of over 16 years, I've always opted for the more traditional goggles (you know, the ones with almost no padding). But these work much better. They also don't leave "glass rings" around the eyes. I use saliva spray to keep them from fogging up.

I love speedometer glasses. I've been using them for years but it's time to get a new pair. Needless to say I am very disappointed in them. They look great but don't feel great. The silicone around your eyes is rough and rubs against my face. It doesn't feel rough, but my skin around my eyes and on my cheeks doesn't match. I would not recommend this style at all.

These goggles are great! They sit snugly on my face and keep water out when I'm doing laps. I have crystal clear vision underwater. No sweat. I was concerned because I have a slightly small face (comparable to my 5ft height) that they would be too big, they weren't. And the gasket, nose bridge and straps are silicone, which I feel seals them up much better than any other material. I highly recommend.

. The best glasses I've ever had. Easy to set up. Wide field of view. The only downside is the durability. If you leave these goggles in a closed car in the heat, the padding will sag inward and the goggles will lose much of their water retention capacity. Although you can partially restore the padding by soaking the goggles in hot water, they will never return to their original shape. Speedo really needs to develop a stronger pad.

I have bought these glasses from Revain several times. They're pretty comfortable. Their weak point, which they share with the competition, is the strap. This is always the first thing to do. Never had to replace a set due to suction problems or lens clouding. I fell into a routine. I always have two pairs on hand. As soon as the strap of the TV I'm using snaps, I throw away the perfect lens and suction part; Start with my second pair and order another pair of Revain immediately.

Comfortable fit, fits well around the eyes and lasts a long time. HOWEVER, that inner anti-fog panel is terrible. Over time, it begins to fog up and it becomes harder to see underwater. These sunglasses seem to block as much sunlight as sunglasses, but when the anti-fog coating starts to dissipate (which happened after only a few months of use) your visibility will suffer, especially in low light conditions. I have a pair of clear blue frame lenses with mirrored lenses, two to three years old, they are wearing out. That was great. These blue and black tie-dye versions look cool but are uncomfortable unless they match your particular face perfectly. The material is not the soft silicone you see on most Hydrosity models. I'm not a swimmer so I don't know how to rate it for this use. I use it to protect my eyes from strong dandruff shampoo in the shower (picture). It doesn't have different tips for different nose shapes like some do - it's universal, although it seems to fit two sizes (narrow tip and wider-flatter? nose bridge). turn around. I've been using the same Speedo goggles for several months. They are fairly easy to adjust and have never had a problem with them leaking. Anti-fog tends to wear out after a few months. I ride laps a few days a week and have found a pair to last around 2-3 months before needing to be replaced. The price is so good I don't mind. I've never found a pair that didn't fog up over time.
