Perfect for Nurses! This watch is exactly what I was looking for, it's perfect. Pros: Face size, well designed, easy to read. , not ideal for a small female wrist, I wish this company would offer straps of different sizes for purchase.

I had a similar watch from another company but it had no date. I keep looking at the date so it was driving me crazy. This one is great too. I'm not a fan of "rubber band". I don't know what the material is, but I usually prefer leather. Starting the day was a little tricky, but turning the dial a few times to change the date seemed to help get through the day as well.

Bought for my wife who is in nursing school. She works the night shift at the hospital. The date doesn't change until 3-4 am. The problem is when you're dealing with patients and you get tired in the middle of the night shift. If you look at the clock and it says Thursday, you are planning on the wrong day. Plus it's an amazing watch she loves it. She wears them instead of an Apple Watch. Eliminate this problem and you have the perfect watch for breastfeeding moms.

PROS: I like the idea that the 15 second intervals on the clock are easy to identify by color. I wanted a watch with a large face, large numerals, date and day of the week that could be easily identified in a rapidly changing environment (clinic or hospital). With the Cavi wipes that we use at work, the strap can be easily cleaned and not dirty. Cons: My only complaint is that the "day" portion of my watch has had to be adjusted 3 times, and I've only had this watch for less than a month…

I'm going to be a physiotherapist soon and can hardly see the small numbers on the watch. This Speidel watch has luminous hands, so they do not have to be backlit. If you want it to light up, it's an additional $20, and it doesn't have orange-and-red 24-hour 12-3 and 6-9 markers and day and date functions. I recommend getting $20 off instead. It's a very thick strap when you have that 3/4" piece of silicone under your wrist that makes typing difficult. **Update #2, I contacted Speidel, they sent me a replacement that had the same problem with the second hand sometimes not matching the ticks. So it is most likely not a single defective watch, but a general sign of poor quality. Definitely not worth the money, don't buy this watch. This makes the watch almost useless as a clinical tool, it is too difficult to calculate the indicators.
