Sper Scientific 810005 Large Display Review

I use this clock with a dual timer in all my classes. I like that it allows me to both see the time and calculate the time for certain exercises. I prefer this timer to any other and I have replaced it several times when the clock broke when dropped.

I like the size and ease of use. The only complaint is that if you're hanging a timer on the wall, if the required time isn't stored in memory, it has to be unmounted to set a new time. Also bought a Sper Scientific 810015 which I didn't appreciate as it was delayed until Christmas.

Why can't they make a simple timer that's easy to work with? This thing requires you to rotate it, slide the "Set/Lock" knob from the "Lock" position to the "Set" position. Set a timer. THEN push the clogged knob back to the locked position. You're looking at the front of the timer all the time, but the add minutes and lock/set features are on the back of the timer. Why? It's too hard to work with and super frustrating. So you have two things and you want to add time, you're back to the open…

Great tool. Unlike many others I've tried, this one has a large enough display to be easy to read, easy to set up, and very versatile as it shows the time of day, a one-screen countdown timer, and two timers Has. on another screen. These two modes can be run separately or together, which can be very useful. The only thing that didn't work for me was that the beeps weren't loud enough to wake me from a deep sleep and take my meds. This will work for most people who aren't as deep sleepers as I…
