This is the best router for deep grooves. It cuts through butter like a hot knife, and the upturned cut helps clear chips and dust into the vacuum.

I cut slots in 1.75 inch hard maple and this bit went through just fine. I do several passes and get very good results. I would recommend this clock.

Used in a recent desktop project. Using this drill in multiple passes I was able to get nice clean cuts. The racquet is very sharp and must therefore be handled with care.

I was very impressed with the quality of the cuts and the excellent fit. I make 6x6 pergola posts out of 2x6 #2 lumber. By turning a face flat on the planer and then laying it flat side down on the CNC table, I get perfect tongues and grooves that mesh perfectly.
