Very nice packaging. I have it for CPU and .

Very nice packaging. I used it for CPU and GPU to keep temperatures down and now my laptop runs cooler and there is no more fan noise. So easy to apply and store for future use. A little pricey but happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • 5 Packaging included in price of 1.
Cons
  • Something different

Very low thermal conductivity (W/mK)

You get what you pay for. If the thermal conductivity is correct, it will be lower than standard CPU paste. I made a mistake and bought this without checking. Now that I have some overheating issues I'll spend the money on 8+ watts/µΩ. This product is rated at 1W/μΩ which may act as an isolator in some builds.

Pros
  • Easy to apply with a syringe.
Cons
  • So far so good

Liquid. The syringe did not work properly. The piston had resistance, although it was not impeded by the thermal interface material flowing from the open vessel. The tiny extra pressure needed suddenly spurted a huge amount of wet paste over and around the heat spreader. Cleaning took a long time and was not effective. The circuit board looked awful. Rubbing alcohol and coffee filters could not clean smooth surfaces. The thin plastic packaging was also difficult to open. I've used other thermal

Pros
  • High thermal conductivity
Cons
  • Large and bulky
