This is one of the most entertaining games I've ever played. The setup is very easy and with just 3 friends you will have an absolute blast. I'm addicted to this game and every time I sit at my desk (like now) I think about how much I want to play. The only downside of this game is that my social circle is not as dependent as me and I would like to clone myself 3 times so I always have someone to play with.

I love Spikeball! I've had the base kit for a few years and wanted something more durable and solid. That does the trick! I like that the legs have extra non-slip rubber. I also like the fact that the time is thicker and doesn't move as easily when hit hard. Another feature that I really like and didn't realize was a bonus is the fact that the pro kit's bezel is yellow. This makes it much more visible than the traditional black bezel and much easier to see while gaming.

Got the Pro model after reading all the great reviews. We tugged on the net a few times to make it tighter as the balls didn't bounce as much. We had 2 groups of 4 trying it. Many of us have heard how great it is. The base was curved and we had to tuck it into the turf to keep it stable and allow the balls to bounce more but still not catch. I pumped up the balls more, pulled the net. they still hardly bounce. So, I have a "one night use" pro set for sale! Can someone tell me what we did wrong?

Incredibly fun and addictive game! Get the pro kit, it's definitely worth a few bucks more! Why? Comes with a backpack with nice straps instead of a drawstring bag, much stronger hardware including feet with rubber stoppers to prevent slipping on hard surfaces, much better balls, a decent pump, delivery line and ball fill gauge. Also in the original kit is a black bezel with yellow legs. The job uniform has a yellow border with black feet, making the border more visible in peripheral vision…

I've played Spikeball a few times on a shoot with friends and always love it. When I finally got my own I settled on the Pro kit based on the very good reviews here on Revain. Upgraded balls, a ball pump, and a backpack make for a professional-grade set that's well worth the extra cost. When I go to the park, I can put my keys, wallet, water bottle, etc. in my spikeball backpack. I understand that the Pro set is not for everyone. Some people just want to play for fun and don't need a $100 set. If after purchasing the regular set instead of this set you know that you would like to play this game and get the set, then buy the pro set. It costs an additional $40. Stronger arms and legs give you confidence and the ball is easier to hit. The net is easier to put on as it appears more rounded than the square net in the regular set. This version of the popular Spikeball game is better than the original in many ways. The first and most obvious reason is that it comes with a cool backpack. Inside the package, the components are said to be 30% stronger. I found I couldn't say for sure, but I didn't fall on any of the sets.
