Smooth Riding with Conical Wheels

As a result of my tests, I determined that these conical wheels provide a smooth and fast ride. The shape of the wheels also helps with slides and grinding. However, the wheels may wear out quickly with frequent use on rough surfaces.

Pros
  • Smooth ride, great for slides and grinding
Cons
  • Can wear out quickly on rough surfaces

Crooked Wheel - Skateboarding

The wheels look great but only three of the four are good enough to use a wheel that doesn't accept bearings because it's off center there are no bearings, because the bearings fit. The other three wheels are very disappointing, now I want to skateboard

Pros
  • Sport
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others

New Favorite Wheels

Have been riding for over 10 years and have always ridden Spitfire Classics. Wanted to change it to a tapered shape to better enclose the cut. I'm not sure how much it actually helps, but the shape of the wheel gives me the added confidence that I can handle the cuts and stops. Since they were 56mm I bought a deck with shaved wheel arches (you can also do it yourself with a Dremel tool) to keep the wheels from biting. I like that the larger wheel helps with hill bombing and general cruisingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Skateboard Parts
Cons
  • Will not fit all
