Poor Customer Service from SPITJACK

Despite SPITJACK's claims of having top-notch customer support, I was generally disappointed. Although their website was easy to use, I had problems with the shipping procedure that were not quickly resolved. Slow response times and unhelpful responses were received when attempting to get in touch with their staff. Making promises that a business can't keep is disappointing. I would suggest searching elsewhere if you value effective and efficient customer care. SPITJACK fell short of what I had

I'll confess that I didn't have high hopes for SPITJACK's customer support. I was happily surprised, though, boy! To make sure I had a fantastic time, their staff went above and beyond.
