What a great product

This is the second splitter I have bought, the first was green for a regular saw and it was bought when I bought a new diablo thin blade. Both products are easy to install and work great once the installation is complete. You will be very happy when you buy this!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Dissatisfied. good for accessories

I really wanted to like and use this splitter but it was too much. All was going well until it was time to drill holes. I'm guessing the drill was scrapped by Harbor Freight! It will not drill through the bottom of the zero clearance insert. I ended up running the insert through a saw so I could use a riving knife instead of splitters.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Very expensive

Good sliver, breaks easier than I thought

Love these slivers. They offer the level of protection I need and are extremely easy to install and remove after the initial installation. I have a second set because if you leave it and move the board sideways towards it, the splitter pins will break. I think next time I'll go for heavier ones with a metal insert in the pins.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Nothing here

I had to modify it to fit but it works fine

Before installing I carefully read the instructions and watched a video about it. There were no problems except that my saw blade was mounted so close to the other end of the ZCI that there was barely room to mount the splitter. I had to cut off the furthest pin because it hit the metal bezel that supports ZCI. Regardless, the splitter is very tight (very difficult to remove) so it works great.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Useless features

Increased security when using Microjig Gripper

I bought this to use with two Microjig Grippers I had purchased, mainly for added security. Installation was relatively easy with clear instructions and a template provided. I keep the stencil mounted on a circuit board and hang it on the wall for easy access. I highly recommend buying this if you use handles and your saw doesn't have a riving knife (or your riving knife can't be lowered).

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • High price

The drill is packed with product

The product fully corresponds to the description and at a great price. The instructions that came with the product are excellent and easy to understand. The only issue I had was that the drill bit that came with it was too small, so I couldn't fit the riving knife into my backlash-free insert. I ended up using a 9/64" bit that was slightly smaller than the holes in the alignment tool that came with it. I still had to push the riving knife into the zero gap insert so it should be safe.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Reliability

I love micro jigs. but it's not

For context, I'm a fan of Microjig. The grrripper is arguably the greatest invention for shop security, the grr rip block is perfect too, the dovetail clamps are used all the time in my shop and the dado rail is just awesome. The conical attachment is second to none. Not sure if it was an accident but at least quality control with them is an issue. Here are the cons of my experience: 1.) The drill included in the kit is bent. I only noticed it after trying to drill my first hole, which caused…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some problems
