🎄 Spode Christmas Tree Seasoning Jars (Set of 2) Review

As a longtime collector of the Spode China Christmas tree, I was delighted to find this offer at Revain. Spode has released new serving bowls and trays in recent years. The quality is as good as the original china and it is dishwasher safe. I plan to buy more for gifts next Christmas.

Not packaged well enough. There wasn't a single stain on the box, but it was BROKEN! I'm so disappointed, no, I'm heartbroken. I really wanted this Spode Christmas dish. I have a photo but I don't know how to upload it. I would give NO stars if I could unless this dish is substituted, packaged more carefully and shipped to me safe and sound. I ordered this too late for last Christmas but I can't wait to use it this year! This addition to my Christmas Tree Spode collection is big enough to hold any recipe I want to use it for. The shape is so pleasing to the eye and easy to work with that I look forward to using it for years to come. The price was right too, which is always nice, especially during the holidays.

Large heavy faience casserole dish. It is oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Internal dimensions are 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 1/2 inches, if handles are included in the measurement add a few more inches to the length. The piece is perfect for baking a large yeast bread or quick bread. like pumpkin, banana or gingerbread. The piece I received was well made, with no rough edges or other imperfections, and came in a sturdy storage box.

I was so happy to find this sealed pot at a reasonable price that I could afford to buy two. However when they arrived one had a chipped lid and the other had a poorly repaired chipped lid (see photo). I wanted to exchange it but was not offered that option - only a refund - so will keep it despite the damage. Interestingly, the product registration card had a return address "Portmeiron" - nothing good is done anymore.

This multipurpose Spode Christmas Tree Scatter is five inches tall and three inches in diameter. The plastic stopper at the base is 2" in diameter, making it easy to fill the container. Medium Holes - Good for shaking cocoa or powdered sugar into coffee drinks, cakes, cookies or other baked goods, but not big enough for dried cheese or chili flakes.
