Disappointing Flutes Ruin Surfaced Boards

Using this product, our team found that it created subpar results when surfacing spoilboards.although it did remove material, the flutes were incredibly rough and caused the boards to have an uneven surface. The only positive aspect was the product's durability and ability to last through multiple uses. However, the rough flutes outweighed any benefits. Overall we do not recommend this product for surfacing spoilboards..

Pros
  • Efficiently removes rough spots and surface imperfections on spoilboards.
Cons
  • Requires a router with high speed and strong motor to achieve optimum results.

Excellent milling machine with three wings!

Bit arrived in perfect condition in good quality, well packaged, plastic storage case. On initial inspection, the shank was ground to 0.501 inch (1/2 inch). Three carbide cutters were ground and sharpened to the same sharp edge size. The Teflon coating was homogeneous and contained no voids. -The carbide cutter (solder) looked good - no cracks or missing fill areas. First I loaded the drill into a benchtop router (Porter-Cable, 3hp) - it went in smoothly and tightened as usual. I hit the lowest

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Long delivery time
