I have no doubts about the quality of this product and I don't know what happened, but the set and the spare set came without a cable. Revain refunded my money and I bought another cable.

Tired of broken wire. The original wire kept breaking and I ended up paying a little more to have the problem fixed for life. My fence is underground and then intertwined with my chain link fence. This fence wire can handle sunlight and the elements.

I bought this wire to provide an alternative location for my electric dog fence. The wire that usually attaches to it is flimsy and I needed more surface area anyway. This reel was affordable and heavier. My only complaint is that it's less malleable in thickness than some of the other brands I've used.

We bought this wire to replace the original wire for the fence around our house. Plugged everything in, added new batteries to 2 fence collars and they work like a charm. Our new puppy stays away from the alarm collar and the border of the fence. Well worth the purchase and just what we need to keep our Springer Spaniel puppy off the busy road.

After laying out a full roll, minus 18 feet, I checked the continuity. I'm very glad I did - there's a break somewhere in that spool that just wrapped around my belongings. It's not obvious, the jacket seems whole, it seems solid - but no, there's no end-to-end connection. If I had buried it before then I would have gone insane, instead I just fished it through a few spots where I already have a whistle.

Benefits. The wire is thicker. cats. I'm a comfortable person. Super easy installation. As I ran across the concrete driveway I used plasticine to hold the wire in the 3/4 inch crack since the wire is wrapped in a tight spiral. I placed a 1 inch ball of plasticine about every 3 feet. I sealed the entire driveway crossing the wires with clear window sealant and let it dry overnight. Then I covered it with dirt so the neighborhood kids wouldn't find the wire and pull on it. Works perfectly.
