Description of 🏊 30-Foot Long Orange Check Cord by SportDOG Brand - Lightweight yet Strong Training Tool - High Visibility and Buoyant

This 30 foot check cord is great for exercising and training dogs and is made with lightweight but strong material; Meant for training, it does not feature a handle for leash walking. It will float when submerged and is highly visible against any background with its blaze orange color. The rope is designed to easily coil when you are ready to put it away and to not tangle or catch on brush while attached to your dog. The clip is small and durable, made with heavy-duty brass, giving you confident control during training sessions. Locally based Customer Care Center, available 6 days a week, provides support when you need it. By designing our products in the field, with heat, cold, rain, snow, dust, mud, and wind in mind, SportDOG has become the most recognized brand in the electronic tracking and training categories, making the promise to always create "Gear The Way You'd Design It".

Lightweight rope for 8 week old puppies

Ideal for training puppies in the yard. Lightweight but very strong and will not tear. If they're around the corner, I can also easily find their location by looking at the end of the wire. Sometimes they get stuck around a tree or our swing set, but they're easily detached. Highly recommended and money well spent. Yes, you can get rope burn from running at high speed while holding it, but it's easy to prevent with common sense.

You need it if you want to play ball outside.

You need it! I was looking for a way to free the dog without even letting him run away. Read some stuff on the internet and I can tell you that this is the way to go. I buckled Reggie in his seat belts and put this colorful 30 foot leash on him so he could run all over the football field and play frisbee or chase the ball. If there are any surprises or distractions that catch his attention, in a few steps I can chase down a 30-foot colorful chord and tease him. It gives me a lot of peace of…

Great leash for training, camping and swimming

I bought this leash for my dog who has anger issues. He loves to swim but I can't let him off the leash if a strange dog comes in sight. My puppy disappears and/or attacks another dog. I use this rope attached to his collar, throw the ball in the water, float it out and get it. If I throw the ball longer than the line, it can easily swim out and the line swims perfectly behind it. Once he's in range again, I have enough time to grab my leash before he runs away. For camping, I tie this line…

Great swim rope!

I bought a SportDOG Orange Check line for swimming with a dog. The rope floats well, and the Hi-Viz's almost orange color makes it easy enough to see that your dog won't get tangled in it while swimming. Good width, good length, dries quickly and has a solid brass clip. The description shows that the clip is small (I almost didn't buy it for that reason) but it's a pretty standard size. My dog wears a double D-Link harness and the clip easily attaches through both links. There is no loop at the

Amazing Amazing Amazing

Kali loves this leash. We can play with her freely in our unfenced yard without worrying about her. The leash is long enough that if she starts walking around where she shouldn't, we can easily grab the end and she doesn't think we're getting close enough to grab her. The leash held snow, mud, water etc. well. Even in the mud it didn't get unnecessarily dirty. Easy to clean and doesn't stick to anything in the garden. It will pinch a car tire or if it makes more than one circle around a tree…

Great product in the training and behavioral area

I have an 18 month old Labrador Retriever and live downtown so I still rarely have the opportunity to walk my dog loose and had to keep him close so he wouldn't jump on people and swallow anything he found on the ground. I got this control cord because I've tried to let go of it multiple times and he's completely forgotten about me or the training he's been getting so far and I wanted something that would allow me to keep him under control when needed would be, but still let him be a dog and…
