Neck Tech Stainless Steel Prong Collar With Quick Release Buckle: This model comes with ClicLock quick release buckle which makes putting collar on and removing it a breeze; Size: 19 inches long (overall collar length). Patented Neck Tech Design: This unique design imitates dog teeth, it allows Neck-Tech collar to deliver more natural pinch during the correction pull. Removable Links: Slightly beveled prong tips. Interlocking links, each link equipped with two blunt prongs; Links can be added to make the collar longer or removed to make it shorter; Up to 4 links can be added or removed. Each link adds 1.25 inches. How to Size: Collar should fit snuggly just below the dog's ears, measure the circumference of dog's neck and add 2 inches; To add or remove links, use flat head screwdriver or plyers to slightly unbend then bend it back in place. The one I received was too short. So I bought a new one and spent a little more on a martingale and a D swivel. I have created two instructional videos for this product.

Looks good on clip collars

Love how it looks on my pup. However, I'm not allowed to use him until he's better trained with the spiked collar I'm using. He didn't react well to that. But he is only 1 year old and I look forward to switching to him as he grows up and becomes more obedient.

Dog not staged: collars, harnesses and leashes

We switched to this style when it had grown out of a slider spiked puppy collar. This pin didn't phase it at all, it pulled harder and there was no way to tighten it to fix it. I liked the teeth on this one and was hoping for a transition but not effectively.

Great collar for large dogs

Our trainer advised us to buy this collar for our Great Dane puppy (7 months old, weight 85lbs). I took the large size thinking it would grow into it and it was more than big enough. This is definitely a strong collar that will last for years and she responds well to it with minimal pressure.

Disappointed - only fell twice!

I bought this for my working German Shepherd to wear on a daily basis. Although the teeth are short and he has long hair he is well behaved so I used him when we were away in case something happened when he needed correction. My hands are crippled by Rheumatoid Arthritis so my trainer suggested this collar for its ease of use. I found it easy to use but was concerned that the piece of plastic covering the clip would fall off when I remove it. But what's even more concerning is that the whole…

I have used Herm Sprenger stainless steel pen collars for many years and they have lasted for years. is different from others and seems to offer slightly better dog control.
