The team at SquareOne is very responsive! They are always willing/able to go above & beyond when it comes time to help you with your account needs or questions about their product line - they're great people who care deeply about what's best in regards of customer service from an agency perspective (and I mean that!). I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this software without having any prior experience with social media or advertising campaigns in general! It's very simple but effective at what you need from an ad management platform - tracking results/ROI of your ads & managing budgets effectively (even if its just one).
