🚲 Alloy MTB Bicycle Handlebar: SQlab 3OX with 12-Degree Angle Review

Allegedly resolved hand numbness. Have dealt with it for years. The extended reach steering wheel eliminated this problem.

I love this steering wheel. I was looking for a pnw range bar but the color I needed wasn't available anywhere. This bar was similarly priced and similar in scope and size. Were very happy with it.

Looking back I would probably go with the 16 degree rear model. The human hand is not designed to bend outward from the wrist like straighter bars do. It made a big difference. Length markings also made cutting easier.

Never fitted to my bike as the center sticker was crooked. An exchange was attempted but the replacement order was cancelled. I ordered a second one and the sticker was crooked too. I'm not saying crooked either, it was easy to see with the eye, anyone I showed it to could easily see it was crooked. I could measure to the middle of the stem, but if quality control doesn't pick that up I don't think the stem itself has been thoroughly tested. This is a big disappointment as I would love to try…

I saw this steering wheel at a show in Germany. I liked the concept, so I took a chance at the wheel. They are very well made, the extra flex gives more definition to the elbows and wrists. Combine this rod with some Ergon grips and eliminate the numbness. I found the 12 degree sweep to be ideal on the track and after a few minutes of riding the sweep came naturally. They have 16 degrees but I think that would be too much for downhill riding. I'm deducting 1 star for 2 reasons. 1. Height is not
