Works great. Much easier than cutting with a office knife or office knife. A spare blade was also included. This made my hydraulic installation easier.

I was about to use a razor blade to cut the hoses on my new M7120 brakes when I remembered that there are such small devices. I ordered and it was delivered the next day. This tool makes cutting hoses easier. The cut is absolutely even and clean. It will not pinch or break the hose. Easy to use, strong enough to withstand as many braking sessions as you will do over the life of the bike, and inexpensive. Ideal!

This is a great tool for changing brake hoses. The blade is sharp and cuts easily through the Shimano brake housing. I used to use an Exacto knife and a piece of wood, but that got cumbersome when trying to cut the tube on the bike. This makes those small cuts to shorten tubing incredibly easy. This is one of those purchases that isn't a "must have" but certainly a "good to have" to get the job done quickly.
