2000 Ford Excursion 2wd

Fit them to my wife's Ford Excursion 2000 2wd to get 33" tires and also to improve handling. I can only say WOW! Amazing handling. They raised the front by about 3 inches. I am very happy

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

2002 and 2008 Ford E350 Cargo Vans

I have used them in both of my cargo vans. They're amazing, flat trucks and killer drivers. Both vans have a V10 engine and I am very happy with these reels. Easy installation, frontend alignment required.

Pros
  • This is awesome
Cons
  • Security

Raised front 2-2 1/2 in.

Installed in 1999 on the e350 Super Duty. These springs fully raise the front of a large van with a huge, heavy brush guard. You will need large, heavy-duty spring compressors for installation. It costs money and time!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unnecessary features

Huge improvement in parts

The problem with a diesel is that it outlasts all the details around it. My front springs were sagging and weak. The thing turns a lot better now and there's no annoying wobble when cruising over bumpy roads. Fits perfectly now, probably an inch larger than factory.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Out of style

Read before ordering!

Lift is based on a heavier diesel engine. I put them on my 2014 E350 5.4L petrol engine and got about 2 1/4 inches of lift which looked great but gave too much positive camber. I also ordered max travel Moog bushings to fix the camber change and they hardly made the camber anything special.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Poor

The 2007 E-350 sits well and handles well.

2007 E-350 Super Duty 6.0 Powerstroke. Worth the money, raised the van about 1 1/2 inches. Alignment was $179 at the dealer but required camber nuts. No more sinkholes on decrepit Michigan freeways. I have a lot of tools and these bad boy tools do a great job. Too bad I didn't have shock extensions at the time of the replacement. I crushed a few coil overload springs in 14 months due to road and weight. If they fail after a few years I will buy again without hesitation!

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Secret

good front spring for heavy 7.3 liter diesel engine

They work, the truck rides about 1.5 inches higher than advertised, helps A LOT with front end tilt and wobble on my 2000 F250 2WD. I didn't bring any instructions, I somehow got the standard top spring holder to work, although the Super Springs website says it won't (either change it or use the 'included' Super Springs holder , which was NOT included). I bought a brand new spare length Bilstein shock absorber as a set. The Super Springs installation sheet says you need to order longer shocks…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some difficulties
