as befits leaf springs

Easy assembly. My vehicle has a 2" rise, so I use the full set of spacers (1.5") that came with the kit. Instead, I'll probably use the 2-inch spacer block that my lift came with. The van is almost flush front and back now, but I'm thinking about getting a 1/2" rake. We need a long bolt though

The best upgrade I've ever made to my Transit 250 high roof

My van has been converted into a camper van. Lots of jumping and difficult to handle in high winds. This had a major impact on handling. Such a cheap upgrade considering you will always need it. I just did sumo front springs and the van drives like a dream.

Sumo are amazing - leaf springs and parts

When I took my van for a test drive, I immediately noticed how much like a boat it looks in rough waters. I did a little research and settled on Sumo Feathers and I couldn't be happier. There is movement, but not that much. I highly recommend Sumo Springs. There are many videos on YouTube that help with the installation.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Great product for shocks, struts and suspension

Personally tried using timbres and airbags to increase cargo capacity. This is by far my favorite product. I have them on a 2015 Ford Transit 350HD. They have a great ride quality when unloaded and under loads that other products don't have. Will definitely buy more if needed for other cars in the future. And what I like most about Sumo Springs is that it is an American made product. Come on USA!

Quick and easy installation

They easily attach to a Ford Transit van. This is possible without getting under the van. By lifting the van by the frame instead of the axle, you can reach the tire and complete the assembly. Follow the Sumo instructions and it's easy. You will need two metric sockets, a socket wrench and a socket extender that is about 6-7 inches long depending on the vehicle. No other tools are required. Remove the old rubber bumper by hand, and then use the socket to remove the old bracket. Install the new…
