Very slight improvement in drivability

Prevents repeated swaying when leaving the lane, but doesn't really help to calm everyday driving. A major downside is that it increases hitch height by over an inch, resulting in the bottom of the hitch ball on the Sprinter being about 22 inches off the ground. This is too big for most hitches, meaning you'll need an 8" to 10" hitch. I plan to remove them and put regular fenders back in place.

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • I don't remember

Great bang for the buck!

This product, after I installed it on my Mercedes Benz 3500 Winnebago Via Motorhome chassis, reduced body roll on ramps and freeway exits. This product has made my RV safer on the road. I made a special tool to help with the installation. The sumo springs go in the same area as the rear bumpers and are held in place in the same way. The car needs to be jacked up to allow the suspension to hang unloaded, so the right tool is needed!

  • This is amazing

Top 5 if not a must buy

As with other reviews, the performance difference between stock springs and sumo is clear. The facility isn't that bad. There are various tips and tricks videos and suggestions. Choose the one you think suits you. The biggest challenge for me was the space. The RV has rear hydraulic stabilizers and I'm not a small person so it took a bit of fiddling. Make sure you use the Sprinter's jack points and jacks and you'll be fine. The front springs fit very well.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

It really matters

We have a '17 Thor Four Winds on a Sprinter chassis. Since this is a fairly tall C-class, it "falls" a bit in corners or over bumps. Enough to make my wife nervous as she followed me in the car one day. I ordered them and had them installed at a van shop when I had them for a different reason. As I pulled out of the parking lot, I immediately felt the difference! The camper had a much more on-road feel and was a pleasure to drive. My knuckles don't turn white when I see a big truck approaching…

simple construction but stiffer handling class A motorhome sprinter

ok Overall product is good - good idea but I would prefer air adjustable ones - travel is not adjustable - they don't have air adjustable pads for RV Sprinters - they were easy to install although I have haven't figured it out yet, they made me swear once! After installation I tested it on a 3 mile ride - I also fitted sumo front springs - and went for the black 1000# version - I don't recommend them for sprinters, not even my class A - build blue ones front one - now for REVIEW - although wind

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...
