I liked my new pots and pans so much that I bought all the stick sets. But why make such an incredible set of frying pans with handles so hot you can't touch them? I forgot because my last set was awful but it had great lids that never got hot. I'll have to shop around and see if I can find heat resistant lids that go with this set.

Easy to clean and non-stick properties wear off quickly, although I monitor the temperature very closely. The handles are not insulated so this can all be sent into the oven but never touched without a glove. Super flat for a glass hob and they work with induction cooking. I'm missing 4 pots, the set is designed for smaller pots.

That's great. Super non-stick, not potentially harmful like Teflon and machine washable. seems very difficult to scratch with cutlery and crockery. I bought one to try, then the whole set. Stainless steel with a cork on the bottom heats up more evenly and holds the temperature better than pure aluminum. The woman thought it was a must.

I love love love these pots and pans! This is not a paid advertisement. I was looking for pots and pans for almost 3 months before getting rid of my pans that I bought from Homegoods (Palm restaurant supplies) and I couldn't be happier with this set. If, like me, you have concerns about cooking with certain metals, this set is for you. As with all quality pots and pans, avoid using metal utensils to avoid scratching the set. Just great. I would highly recommend and would buy again.

These things are really good for the price. I've got about 100 hours on set in total and they are just as non-stick as the first time I used them. A note, they are stamped and the edges can be very sharp. Very noticeable on the handles of 3 liter pots. Some reviews mentioned that the floor was stained. I love my set! I bought mine in March and haven't had to clean a single pot yet. They cook very well and I only got a little burned through my fault. I'm deducting a star for durability. I noticed small scratches on the top of my little pan. This may be due to improper storage due to my limited space, not the item. But the lid stays on! I only use plastic utensils and never metal. Overall, this set offers the same quality as stainless steel but with non-stick properties! I am very happy!

About 12 months ago I purchased an 8" or 9" Gotham Steel pan from Target in the As shown on TV section. I was delighted with the pan's quality, durability and excellent non-stick coating. With this great experience in mind I bought a large pan set for the boy and I regret not having bought it sooner. However, make sure you get the "stainless steel" version of Gotham Steel.
