The sky is embossed.

I'll update this when I'm done with the design but wanted to point out that the biggest issues I've had so far are that (1) the thread frays easily and is difficult to thread and (2) the headliner should remain clear with the Aida fabric, but the die-cut grid lines run across the headliner and will be visible when finished. You have to buy extra thread to embroider the sky to cover up the die-cut grid lines, which is very annoying.

Not the best - Cross Stitch

I'm good at cross stitch but I don't recommend it for beginners because the pattern on the fabric is hard to read and there are even two different instructions if they match. The fact that they have embroidery designs on real fabric is just messy and I'm sure it won't look good in the long run. Worse, the grid lines are visible where filament is not needed, meaning I have to buy filament to cover the sky.

Huge color difference from demo

Bought to kill time during quarantine. It is very easy to play with and the needle and thread they supply are of excellent quality. But the color of the threads is not the same as the picture. The original lilac castle turns out to be blue-green, which is much uglier than the display figure. It made me feel that every effort I put into it is ruined because what you received was never as beautiful as advertised due to the color difference.

  • Best in niche

Challenging but excellent end product

I really liked this cross stitch. It took me quite a long time, around 3 months, to finish it as it uses 54 different colors. Sometimes it was difficult to distinguish the colors on the printed fabric and I had to consult a chart to confirm specific colors and patterns. In general, the project turned out to be very beautiful. Soaking in warm water removed the pre-printed dye, leaving no lines or background color on the finished product. I had enough thread to complete it with two threads at the

Good for beginners but has a few issues

Some of the patterns/colors look too similar, there are at least 4 different light blue shapes and it's really hard to tell which one you prefer. I've never done cross stitch, but since we spend so much time at home I thought it would be fun to learn. . I ran out of black well before I was done so had to buy more, but it was only a problem with one or two colors. I'm about halfway through, so I hope I don't have any more problems.

Read the reviews before you start!

Works great but instructions are TERRIBLE. Nowhere on the instruction card does it say how much floss to floss from what you are given. I found this out by seeing the tick on the filament holder itself. You need to draw 2 strands of 6 for each color to complete it. I'm lucky enough to have an extra thread at home to finish the first color I messed up. To be honest 3 strings is better than 2 strings but I don't have any other color supplements. Card, textile pattern and thread counts need to be…
