Warranty Information - Marine Radios

My wife bought it 9 months ago and needs warranty assistance. Any idea who to call? The charging indicator does not light up, I don't know what the problem is. Only used twice.

Pros
  • Car Electronics
Cons
  • Some Issues

Works well for marine electronics

Bought for kayak fishing and it works fine. It has good range and clear sound. It also plays the radio if you wish. It took a few minutes to set up the menu properly.

Pros
  • Marine electronics
Cons
  • Can't remember

Small, handy and powerful

I didn't take too many risks with the standard Horizon and wasn't dissatisfied. Very well made, small and powerful. Will accompany me on the kayak without being intrusive or uncomfortable. Easy to use, all buttons are conveniently arranged for hand control. will enjoy. Safety while rowing.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Randomly turns on/off when in PFD pocket

Bought this to use in my personal kayaking survival device pocket. It fits well, but the power turns on and off spontaneously when you press the pocket on the power button. The VHF turns on and off randomly while in the PFD pocket. It's unsuitable for what I needed it for.

Pros
  • Marine Radios
Cons
  • Good but not great
