Buy the damn thing it works great I don't know what other people are complaining about. Some people may not be satisfied like me but I love this product.

Revain said it would fit a 1974 Corvette but that is not true. The Corvette has vacuum headlights that are controlled by a headlight switch and does not have this feature.

Replaced my (probably) original 48 year old switch. Annoying to get to the switch in the car but worth it. Got all the lights working. A good and solid mounting will prevent the lights from flickering.

Great headlight switch! I installed it on my 74 Buick Apollo and it works great. Also very easy to install. I was able to reuse the original mounting nut, metal rod and end knob. Looks great!

Old headlight switch worked fine, dashboard dimmer did not work. The new headlight switch clicked and went out immediately after installation. The dimmer worked with this new switch. The switch got very hot.

Easy enough to replace and works - if the headlight knob isn't pulled out. Pulling the headlights pulls the handle out half the time or more. I will come back and order better.

Hoping to spare someone the heartache I just went through trying to replace my Switch. You'll need to reach under the dash to find this switch, then find the small spring-loaded release button on the underside of the switch and push it up to pop the handle and stem assembly out of the switch before it can be removed. This was a direct replacement for what was in my 1968 Pontiac Tempest (and probably dozens of other cars). My old switch felt soft, the headlight flickered occasionally, and the rheostat that controls the dash lights was almost out of control. This new switch connected without any problems and solved all those problems. The feeling of pressing the handle is much nicer. When the switch enters one of the two positions, a pleasant dull sound is heard. It's also worth noting (because I had no idea)
