Leak from both tanks.

While driving I found that I was filling up from both tanks when I should have only filled up from one. Had to replace valve after only 3 weeks of use while on holiday.

Pros
  • Fuel system
Cons
  • High price

I needed to replace the 6 way single port fuel selector valve on my 1975 Chevy K20. They no longer sell the single wire version so I had to go for the multi wire version which also switches the gauges inside the valve rather than the dash switch. I used a Delco momentary AC switch (speaks fully depressed) which only provides voltage when you push the switch all the way down (it doesn't work for the fuel pump circuit). The return lines on this valve are 5/16, not 1/4, so prepare to swap them out

Great Price - Valve Kits

I bought one of these to replace that on my 1985 Ford Falcon RV. The original costs between $400 and $500 if you can find it. There is one for diesel but the D connector will not fit due to the protrusion in the connector. This can be used here without major modifications. First you need to buy the connector available from Revain. Five wires need to be connected. If you don't have a schematic, you can do this. I recommend leaving the original connector in place, simply plugging into each wire…
