Enhance Efficiency with Standard Motor Products RU-560 Blower Motor Resistor Assorted, One Size Review

Worked in my 2008 Jeep Patriot. I added some silicone around the part to make it seal better as the original part looked like it had a sealer on it, but I couldn't reuse the sealer.

This was the lowest price I could find online for this part. The dealer wanted to charge me for this part. It got to me quicker than I expected, I paid minimum shipping for it, and it was installed in my 2007 Dodge Caliber the same day it arrived in the mail. It works great and I no longer have heat problems in my car. I highly recommend!

Physically the same size and fits where it should. Previously only the medium and high speed bypass worked, now all four speeds work, but the highest speed seems a bit slower or less powerful, and the lowest speed barely bleeds air. I believe this is because the resistance values of this device were averaged to make it cross platform or model, or the wide tolerance window (to keep costs down) for the resistors, but they are 1/3 to 1/4 Prices. OEM works.
